Freshers Orientation (Spring 2025)

Green University of Bangladesh (GUB) arranged Orientation Program for Freshers of the Spring Semester of 2025 on January 30 at the university Campus at Purbachal American City, Rupganj.

Prof. Dr. Mohammad Shorif Uddin, Honorable Vice Chancellor of Green University of Bangladesh presided over the program while Mr. Hasan Rahman (Ratan), Founder & Managing Director at DMA- Datasoft Manufacturing & Assembly Inc. Ltd was present as the Chief Guest.

Prof Dr. Khawza Iftekhar Uddin Ahmed, Honorable Pro Vice Chancellor of GUB; Prof Dr. Md Fayzur Rahman, Honorable Treasurer; Prof. Dr. Mohammed Tareque Aziz, Dean of Green Business School; Prof. Dr. Nitai Chandra Sutradhar, Distinguished Professor and Chairperson of the dept. of Textile Engineering and Captain (Navy) S M Salahuddin (Retd.), Registrar spoke at the program.

Distinguished Professors, Chairpersons of different departments, faculty members and newly admitted students were present in the program.

The program featured introductions, presentations, cultural performances, and a briefing session. The presentation segment covered GUB’s academic systems and policies, provided essential information about the university, and highlighted various clubs and co-curricular activities.

During the program, speakers welcomed the newly enrolled students and motivated them to prepare themselves to become global citizens.
